Nick Wining – Builder
Nick Winings has over 10 years of residential building and development experience. From 2001 to 2008 he was employed by Davis Homes and Davis Properties. At Davis he led a variety of projects from the construction of a 314 unit 18 million dollar apartment complex to the development of several sub-divisions throughout the central Indiana area. One of Nick’s major accomplishments was the re-vitalization of the near north side neighborhood, Fall Creek Place. Nick led the complex project to transform the rundown historical district of this downtown Indianapolis neighborhood, redeveloping 100 year old infrastructure, re-building dilapidated 100 year old homes into a new thriving early 1900’s neighborhood.
Nick graduated from Butler University where he studied Business Administration and Marketing. Nick lives in the Broadripple area with his wife and kids. Nick’s commitment to his customers and his persistence to go above and beyond their expectations has made him a great asset to our organization and our clientele.
